Uber ride was $100
Driver was going to make $50
I cancelled the ride and handed the driver a crisp $40 bill
“Start driving or I report you to uber for violating the terms of service by taking cash from customers”
We arrived in record time
I saved $60
Best of all, the driver couldn’t review me in the app since the ride was cancelled
Unfortunately I left my wallet in his car
But the lesson still stands
