this is btw why i am strongly against mechanisms to try and guarantee steady funding for client development like in protocol rewards, people will fund projects they think are worth building, and if you force funding to follow anything other than actual value, you've lost the plot.

@URozmej @trent_vanepps it does initially, and then when its gone, either the funding stays cuz of lasting value or it dies because there was no value, only hype
