3/Coverage + consumer experience still matter more than rail commoditization
4/Seeing even more folks from my web2 days means the lines between the two are more blurred than ever

two weeks in at @KASTxyz and the gap between what people think we are and what we're actually building is wider than I expected..
paymentscan data impressed me. then I found out it's understating the reality by a significant margin.
already going deep in the trenches with people from Circle, Coinbase, Revolut, Airwallex - working on problems across dimensions nobody has touched yet. excited to share more soon.
