I'm a huge fan of indoctrinating prospects by shoving value down their throat between them booking a call and us actually having the call. Most get a discovery call booking then hope and pray the prospect shows up. What you should be doing instead: 1. Reframe the business problem in their words, not mine 2. Explain exactly how the engagement works (45-minute interview, report, review call) 3. Answer the question they're already asking: "why can't I just use ChatGPT?" 4. Show one client example from their industry 5. Tell them how to prepare: come with the one task they'd pay the most to make disappear The call should never be the first time the prospect understands what you sell. If you do this right many prospects will show up pre-sold.

The bottleneck in most AI-heavy businesses is approving much more so than generating. Just delivered an assessment to a founder who already runs Claude Code, a second brain on a Mac Mini, and a one dedicated wiki per client. His constraint is that every call summary and framework has to be manually reviewed before it enters the knowledge base. Generation is instant but ratification piles up. The fix, in two sizes: Quick win (this week) -Add his assistant to TailScale so she can reach the Mac Mini -She runs the existing intake skill on each Fathom transcript -Output goes to him for a yes or no, then into the second brain Major project (later) -Fathom fires a webhook when a transcript is done -An agent listens and runs the intake skill automatically -A routing skill sends the result to the right wiki (main brain first, then the client's) -Assistant approves or rejects in one shared channel Net savings we estimated: 1.5 to 2 hours a week after 30 to 60 minutes of review time.

Claude Opus 5.5 dropped yesterday. I went through everything people built with it in the first 24 hours. These 10 made me say "wait, AI can do THAT now?" (#03# is 7,500 lines of code that paints) 🧵

Recently had a call with a $50M CEO who thought that AI "couldn't do anything for him". Meanwhile this same guy said he's spending 6-8 hours a day on email. Realistically his time is probably worth $5K/hour (maybe more). So if I charged him $10,000 to build an email triage skill that took me 5 minutes to build it would be such a laughably good deal for him he'd be crazy not to take it. The skill would read every incoming message and drop it into one of 5 buckets: -needs his decision -needs a reply -needs awareness only -can be delegated -can be ignored He told me that roughly 90% of what hits an his inbox is FYI. Zero action required. This skill would surface the 10% and draft the responses (never auto send). That's 4 to 5 hours a day handed back to someone whose time is worth $5,000 an hour or more. Thinking through this as I write this out I should probably charge double.

Repost this thread for the friend who still thinks AI can only write emails. And follow me @coreyganim for practical breakdowns on turning tools like Opus 5.5 into ROI.
My 2 key takeaways: 1. The builds that spread weren't code demos. They were games, films, and paintings anyone can understand. "I'm not technical" stopped being an excuse this week. 2. Anthropic says it runs 40% cheaper than Opus 5. When doing the work gets that cheap, the people who learn to direct it win.

#01#: A short film where AI did everything @Voxyz_ai didn't write a single line of code. Opus 5.5 wrote the story, drew every frame, and made the music. Zero image assets. All of it is JavaScript.
holy shit, opus 5.5 is kind of insane at animation. i didn't write a single line of code. it wrote the story, drew every frame, and made the music. no image assets at all, it's all JS. the story is called "small print": claude gets a pile of requests every day. it circles the human part hidden inside them, like "one hand. baby's asleep", and drops it into a jar. at night, those words turn into stars and join up into a constellation. rendered with hyperframes, all in one index.html. it synthesized the music in python, then went through the render second by second and polished it again.

every AI project has to pass this test or I don't take it: It has to produce at least one of 3 outcomes. 1. Make more money 2. Save time 3. Raise the quality of the product or service One outcome: worth a conversation. Two outcomes: worth a proposal. All three: slam dunk. Price it high and start immediately. Speed to lead is the classic all-three project: -Faster replies close more deals (money) -The owner stops answering emails from the road (time) -The prospect gets a real answer in 5 minutes instead of 2 days (quality) I call it the Three Outcomes framework and I run it out loud on every discovery call. The owner hears their own project get scored. Also helps them see the real benefit they get from an AI-powered solution.
