Trump’s core base—young, working, and middle-class voters—are largely asset-light. A market correction (stocks/housing down) may have little impact on his support and could even boost his appeal if it makes ownership more accessible. If he lowers rents too, he could cement a powerful voting bloc. Stock market up ≠ political success.
