ELON MUSK WANTS AI TO REMAKE THE ODYSSEY. CHRISTOPHER NOLAN CALLED IT A TROJAN HORSE. Musk says Grok Imagine will create a full-length AI version of The Odyssey before the end of 2026. Nolan, who made his version with real actors and IMAX film, issued a warning: “I think AI is a Trojan horse that everybody knows the Greeks are inside.” “I’ve never seen a technology advancing so rapidly, so completely rejected by the public.” “People my children’s age immediately call it ‘AI slop.’” “Technology is always going to give us great gifts, but it has to be viewed with skepticism.” “The motives of the people giving it to us also have to be viewed with skepticism.” His final line says everything: “It’s a transparent horse. It’s made of glass. Everybody can see what’s going on inside.”

LEOPOLD ASCHENBRENNER JUST GOT MARRIED - BUT HIS OWN EXISTENCE BEGAN WITH THE FALL OF THE BERLIN WALL “My mother grew up in the former East, my father in the former West.” “They met shortly after the Wall fell.” “The end of the Cold War was this extremely pivotal moment for me because it’s the reason I exist.” His great-grandmother survived Nazi Germany, witnessed the firebombing of Dresden and spent most of her life under East German communism. Her son was imprisoned by the Stasi after trying to cross the Iron Curtain. She was almost 60 when she finally lived in a free country. “She raised me when I was young. So it doesn’t feel that long ago. It feels very close.” Today, Leopold began the next chapter of that family story.

AT 24, HE BUILT $45 BILLION IN AI EXPOSURE - THEN LOST 67% BEFORE HIS WEDDING “I see it, I feel it, and I see the path.” Leopold Aschenbrenner believed he could see the AI future before Wall Street. His fund gained 1,551% and grew to nearly $45 billion in gross exposure. Then leverage reversed everything. “We let you down this month.” “We came closer to permanent capital impairment than is acceptable to us.” As wedding guests arrived in California, his fund sold most of its public portfolio to Citadel and removed all leverage. But he survived. The fund remained up around 80% for the year and preserved roughly $10 billion in assets, including its Anthropic stake. He correctly saw where AI was going. He failed to see how quickly leverage could take control. Five minutes with his full story may help you avoid the mistakes that cost his fund billions. Read the article below.

Ryan Gosling admits he actually punched Harrison Ford on set - then tried to apologize with a bottle of scotch and got rejected "Well, he punched you." "Yeah, of course I punched him." "I misread the script. He stepped on my foot for Christ's sake." "We were doing a scene in flashing strobe lights... you have to make the punch look like it's intended to. But I hit him - one out of a hundred times, I hit him" "I should be lucky I didn't get hit more" "I tried to apologize. I went to his dressing room with a bottle of scotch in hand... cracked the top, poured him a drink. He said, 'I'm kind of busy now'" "I went back to my trailer with the rest of the bottle. My hand hurt. I needed some medicine"

ELON MUSK JUST EXPLAINED WHY CHINA IS ABOUT TO WIN THE CHIP WAR "There's just diminishing returns on chip size. Moore's law is dead. It's not like you can just make things smaller and make it better." "That makes it easier for China to catch up, because every wall, everybody has limitations." "China's going to have more power than anyone else and probably will have more chips." "A lot of people are still used to the old chip wars, where you just need the CPU to double in speed every cycle. That doesn't matter anymore."
