My finance bot “Warren” (like buffet) just found a medical bill that got sent to a collection agency tied to a surgery I had a year ago that I didn’t even know about.
He asked for my healthcare login, found the EOB or explanation of benefits for that procedure, found out that the collection agency is wrong and I actually in fact owe nothing.
He has already faxed over a dispute including the EOB from my insurance provider showing they paid it and essentially is going to wipe me of a 13K medical debt I didn’t even know I had.
