Eric Rea(@ericwilliamrea):We’ve been alpha testing @OpenAI's Decisions API at @PodiumHQ to help our agents choose the right workflow faster and start with the instructions it needs. It turns out that not every automated decision should run through a large language model. The decisions API is faster, cheaper, and better for many things! Excited by the early results and what this unlocks for our customers.
