我反而觉得软件时代刚刚才开始。以前受制于编码实在太耗人工，所以很多需求全部变成“最大公约数”了，一套流程覆盖尽可能多的人和尽可能多的场景。完全牺牲最宝贵的个性化。最有价值的能力——对具体的人、具体的组织和具体的现实流程进行精细适配。
牺牲了服务的“本体论”啊....
