昨天 $UMC 暴跌近9%，近期的上升势头被扭转，主要原因还是它要发行其第七批海外可转债，大约价值18亿美元。一般来讲，这种融资消息，都会对短期股价形成一定冲击。
不过联电的基本面近期不错，因此短线冲击过后，股价企稳后，还是值得关注的。
