I also think that people being unsure about the model initially is a fair take, and one that leads to deeper research into the history and critical thinking about the pros/cons - and also healthy discourse within the community. The alternative would be blind tribalism. Willingness to respectfully disagree, debate and talk through ideas in the open is one of my favorite aspects of the ZEC community.
