BULL just upgraded its CLN nodes used by the exchange. We never shut them down. We did security reviews early august and had temporarily prevented new channel opens to mitigate risks. Thanks @Core_LN for the patch! People should upgrade. We also upgraded LND too.

Covenants can allow a multisig co-sign server to enforce a monthly spend limit (or any type of frequency) directly on chain? Is this correct and if so, which proposals?
Are there other ways to achieve provably enforced spend limits with current consensus?
