A nice gesture by Rookie Racing to let Kazuya Oshima stand on the podium alongside Nirei Fukuzumi.
Oshima recorded his sole career victory at Sportsland SUGO in 2010 while Fukuzumi took his maiden career victory at SUGO in 2021.

Despite losing some points against Iwasa today, Ohta still leads the championship with a major gap and 105 points. With his second win of 2026, Fukuzumi jumps to P3.

Second win of the season for Nirei Fukuzumi at the circuit where he recorded his maiden career win in 2021 ahead of Iwasa and Fraga.

Igor Fraga scored the fastest lap of the race (the second of his career) and finished in P3. But considering he was in a position to win, he's understandably frustrated. He strongly worded his criticism how the safety car was handled and how it affected the race.

The body language of Kakunoshin Ohta said it all when he went back to the Dandelion garage. He wasn't happy and couldn't believe how the race developed, which caused him to miss out on potential win.

NIREI FUKUZUMI WINS AT SPORTSLAND SUGO ‼️
After starting from P7 on the grid, the luck was on Fukuzumi's side when timing his pit stop during the safety car to gain 6 positions for his 4th career win. The second of the season for him at Rookie Racing after Suzuka!

2 laps to go and Iwasa is now the closest he has ever been to Fukuzumi! But both are on OTS at the same time, which basically cancels the effect out.

4 laps to go and Fukuzumi is controlling his lead ahead of Iwasa with a gap of less of 1 second. Fraga can't quite attack Iwasa for P2 either. It truly is a stalemate.
Fukuzumi is looking into Rookie Racing's second win after Round 5 at Suzuka this year.

Ukyo Sasahara stopped at the pit exit directly after his pit stop when the SC came out. Looks like there was an issue, denying him to continue unfortunately.

Taking the momentum out of the 110R, Ohta was on the OTS slightly earlier than Nojiri to take P4 away from Nojiri. Both have barely any OTS left now, though.
