Israel’s Culture Minister Miki Zohar said Sunday he will work to revoke the citizenship of Oscar-winning filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor after their documentary “NAZA” won the Special Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival. The film examines what it describes as Israel’s “calculated mass killing” of Palestinian civilians in Gaza and features testimony from IDF intelligence officers and soldiers. Zohar called the film “vile” and said it “constitutes treason.” 🔗
