It's a wonderful summer song which captures the melancholy of a fleeting summer fling. The song is quite positive and the lyrics encourage us to find closure when things go wrong.

🇯🇵 Hokokuji Temple, which was founded in 1344 AD, is famous for its towering bamboo grove. If you go there on a weekday morning, it's quiet and peaceful.
🇯🇵 Nightlife in Japan in the 1980s looked like it was so much fun. It was a much simpler time compared to now.
🇯🇵 Shibuya looked pretty amazing in the 1990s (early Heisei). I love the different fashion styles and interesting advertisements.
🇯🇵 I'm sometimes amazed by how popular city pop got outside of Japan.
Growing up, I never heard much about it but even in Japan there's been a resurgence of it.
🇯🇵 Just a quiet stroll through the Tokyo suburbs in the early summer. How perfectly peaceful this type of life can be.
🇯🇵 Sometimes, I really miss seeing old video game commercials. They played all the time after school when I was growing up.
This one for Chrono Trigger definitely brings back memories because this game was so heavily advertised even a decade later.
