Five days ago, we formally terminated our business relationship with Seby and demanded the immediate return of the Cold Key. Seby held the Cold Key solely as a third-party custodian. He has never had any ownership interest or buy-in. The rightful owner is Beyond Finance. We have already offered fair compensation for the services he provided and remain willing to settle any properly owed amounts. The Cold Key must be returned first. We have issued a formal demand letter requiring its transfer to the rightful owner within 24 hours. If it is not returned, we will pursue all available legal remedies. This continued withholding is delaying a significant investment and the launch of V2. Our priority is simple: the return of the Cold Key so Ditto and Beyond Finance can move forward together in full alignment. We thank the community for its patience.
