Day 143 of building @cashflow_fi in public. Yesterday, all of my bank accounts got blocked. The reason? My wife sometimes uses my credit card through Apple Pay. Yesterday she withdrew cash from an ATM, noticed an unexpected fee, and contacted support. She mentioned that a week earlier she had used my card at another ATM without any extra fee. A few minutes later… Every one of my bank accounts was blocked. I had to go through identity verification and a video call with the bank before they restored access. It reminded me why I’m building Cashflow. When your money sits in a bank account, access can be restricted while the bank investigates something. Cashflow is built differently. Your assets remain under your control through self-custodial multisig wallets - not under the control of a bank or even the Cashflow team. See you tomorrow.
