After watching the $NBIS Vineland hearing, I've increased my exposure to BTM energy via $FCEL
Politicians want the optics of blocking data centers because it will get reelected in November
But they clearly don't want to turn down the investment data centers bring.
So they impose rules about noise, water, and grid power usage.
Rules that can be circumvented with fuel cells.
The Vineland hearing demonstrated this, as the opposition was left with no leg left to stand on.
And if the rumors are true, and $BE capacity is really sold out, then buyers have to turn to $FCEL.
The upside has increased massively.
Yet $FCEL is still priced for failure.
