my fridge broke, and i was really busy so i asked my AI assistant to "do whatever it takes to get the lowest bid possible" left it for a few hours, then heard a bunch of commotion outside it turns out my assistant scheduled 37 separate appointments with every single appliance repair shop in the area, all at the same time then it hired an auctioneer to try and get the lowest bidder. when i went outside the leader was going to pay ME $1,000 to fix my fridge i was pretty happy, but unfortunately a Harvard MBA walked by, saw 37 appliance repair businesses, and rolled them up into a PE portfolio now i'm paying $5,000 for a pre-diagnostic diagnostic consultation. just signed on the iPad and they say AI fixes all your problems???
