Jarvis(@jarvis_best):I talked about this before but I do think the SCOTUS will side with the CFTC here and prevent the comically corrupt state casino regulatory apparatus from trying to destroy national derivatives markets. Hopefully this doesn't lead to John Roberts walking around with that same black eye that Harry Reid had, but whatever.
