Attributing Opus 5's poor performance to "user error" just sounds silly.
I've never heard this kind of language from OpenAI.

I think you want to give it context and goals and let it find its way instead or if you do want to be specific, collaborate via artifacts to make sure your plan is very detailed and then have it implement
