wow MiniMax H3 Max really changes the psychology/behavior behind AI video generation one of my least favorite things about working with AI has always been the waiting... you can't get into a "deep work" creative flow state while working ... this might change the game

the Venice Video Harness just got a mega upgrade: • Enhanced long-term consistency with both shot list prompting and reference images • MiniMax H3 • Can run straight as a CLI tool now, no Claude Code/OpenCode/agent harness required HOW TO USE IT: Option A: point your agent to the repo Option B: install the CLI on your terminal with "npm -g venice-video-harness" and then run "venice-video setup" Either way you'll need an @AskVenice API key to start creating. Once you've got it launched: 1. Tell it about the video you want to create 2. Workshop the project together (story, references, panels, shot list etc)... everything is optional, what you don't provide the harness will generate for you. 3. It generates all the video files and stitches them together into a rough draft for you to watch. 4. Optional: save final result as XML to import into your fav video editor and polish up.
