Orderly: Clean My Room got an App Store listing makeover today as well
Paid: Multiple different ad concepts testing head-to-head. Killed the worst-performers, optimizing for CTR.
Organic: TikTok has quietly stopped serving our new posts: 2-8 views, while the account check reads clean. Ticket is filed - I'm diagnosing to prevent future occurrences.

Yesterday I upgraded my banked Format and Hook library for TikTok.
I now have 38 formats and 63 hook shapes, as well as 125 fill-in-the-blank hook templates from high performing organic and paid videos. Here are some examples.
Format
• audience-delegated-resolution: the video deliberately refuses to finish the story and hands the ending to the comments. (1.6M views from a 457-view-median account [3,501x])
• hands-only build-in-place: Locked overhead shot, just hands assembling something.
Hook Shapes
• withheld-knowledge-frame: "what nobody tells you about X". (single best clickthrough band of any opener across 7,000+ ads)
• flaw-card: open on something negative, assert proudly: "bad quality photos >>"

I'm currently building hundreds of variants of the TikTok that did well today.
It cost ~$0.05 in Higgsfield credits, and I am generating ~200 videos from that (mostly post-production edits).
