Tomasz says the theory is he took a 195 lb man in a cart and somehow lifted it into the back of the truck. He points to the witness: "He's telling you I committed murder." Then he points to the prosecutor: "And he's trying to kill me for it." He says the state's theory is that he lifted a 195lb man and a cart into the back of a pickup truck by himself.
