Today’s bipartisan vote in the Senate Banking Committee is an important signal of momentum for digital asset market structure legislation. We congratulate Chairman @SenatorTimScott, @SenLummis, @RubenGallego, @Sen_Alsobrooks and Committee members on both sides of the aisle for advancing the CLARITY Act and continuing the constructive work needed to bring this framework to the Senate floor. The case for action is clear.
