Were you foolish enough to run a BIP-110 node despite my warnings that it would break?
Now your node is stuck at height 961,633 and simply switching to a different client won't fix it. To get back on the real Bitcoin chain:
$ bitcoin-cli invalidateblock 0000000000000000000169eb6f811ddbd0daf343af7b62180cdb13e7c78dbc16
$ bitcoin-cli stop
[install a non BIP-110 client]
$ bitcoind -reindex -daemon
