No matter how much you encourage them to do better, learn, or grow, some people simply don’t want more than that. Then there are people dealing with so much in real life that they genuinely don’t have the energy or time to always be available. At the end of the day, you can’t force people to make an impact they don’t want to make. I’ll be making a decision about my Discord community soon.
