Things Iโve noticed from building a community:
Most people just want to be raiders. No matter how much you encourage them to do better, learn, or grow, some people simply donโt want more than that.
Then there are people dealing with so much in real life that they genuinely donโt have the energy or time to always be available.
At the end of the day, you canโt force people to make an impact they donโt want to make.
