Do Christians have a duty and calling to support Israel? Absolutely yes. “Israel is my son, my first born.” Ex. 4:22. By referring to Israel as “my son,” this is a reference to the Messiah. Accordingly, those who spew vile hatred against Israel are not followers of the son of God. If anything, you are following a false, re-imagined version of Jesus. That is why there is no love in your heart, but you are full of venom. Yeshua (Jesus) means “salvation” in Hebrew. As Yeshua Himself said: “Salvation is of the Jews.” John 4:22. People identifying as “Christians” who hate Jews and who claim to have replaced Israel are fake Christians. They are self-righteous and deceived. Some are getting their ideas from their own religious institutions which have propagated replacement theology for hundreds of years. They are phonies. They have caused a lot of harm in the world, including many atrocities. True Christians know this. For they are filled with the love of God and in particular love for God’s own nation and people - Israel. ❤️ Every time I visit the Jewish state it is very moving to see how there are tens of thousands of Christians on tour there who are in love with the land and the people and the culture of Israel bc they know it is the land and culture and people of Yeshua. As the New Testament also says (quoting the Old Testament reference to Yeshua by Hosea): “Out of Egypt I called my son.” Matthew 2:15 and Hosea 11:1. America is a nation blessed by God. The blessing upon America is contingent upon the faith of our people. We must keep our faith in the true Son who was sent by the God of Israel, to be savior of the world.
