This solves the actual reason apps leave for app-chains: ordering rights.
Unanimity override lets apps express ordering preferences on the shared chain — cancels before market orders, oracle updates before swaps, bids ranked correctly — with guarantees that hold even against an adversary controlling the default order.
The elegant part: transactions with no app preferences keep pure priority-fee semantics (Kahn's algorithm), so front-running them is exactly as expensive as today. No new MEV surface for bystanders.
