Frank is one of the only Mamdani critics who has kept his head in this moment. The broader consistent attempt to de-normalize Mamdani as a human being, which has gone on for a year and a half and which reached its embarrassing/disgraceful nadir on 9/11, is, purely as a political matter, not going to work, anyway.
