When Bitcoin emerges from its prolonged plateau, some new narrative will emerge to explain the rise of the Phoenix. My guess is the new narrative will be that Bitcoin is money for AI. It is the only global source of liquidity that's 24/7, 365, decentralized, trust minimized and native to the Internet. A lot of this narrative is legitimate but that doesn't even matter. The rise in price will drive a search for narratives to explain the rise. The truth is it's simply the beginning of a new Gartner hype cycle.
