Meta knocked it out of the park with
@Muse.
I think it's their most important product since Instagram or WhatsApp.
Trillions of $ in consumer spend will be facilitated through personal assistants in the future and they have the distribution, infra and data (not to mention 3.6b users and cash machine to keep it free) to really compete for market dominance here.
A few things I used it for in the last week:
• FedEx tried delivering a package that required a signature to the wrong place and left a note on their door. I explained what happened to Muse and it handled all correspondence. Package arrived next day.
• Asked it to find and purchase the closet 6 seats together for Disney on Ice tickets for next month.
• DMV sent me a letter about an insurance verification issue, I gave it to Muse and it handled.
