Massive @pydantic Monty release.
This will be the last (or penultimate) release before V1.
In particular:
🚀 Monty now supports host defined classes, via ClassInstance
🚀 When connecting to monty-server over websockets you can set traceparent to propagate the trace, thanks @KS_Jonas
