I’m pretty new to X, and I genuinely don’t know how people keep up with everything happening in tech on here without doomscrolling for hours 😭 a lot of my job is keeping up with what people in tech are talking about, so I have a @Replit Routine to do some of the scrolling for me. I gave it a list of people in tech I actually want to keep up with and use the X connector. every morning it goes through their posts and gives me a brief of what’s actually worth knowing. today it reviewed 252 posts. 252!!! I was absolutely not reading all of those myself 😭 now I kinda want to make one for YouTube and Instagram too...

this is probably really niche but I always wanted to be a Disney Channel star so I could do the wand thing 😅 that obviously didn’t work out… so I coded my own version instead 😭 stay tuned for day 3 :)

this is the cutestttt thing i've ever madee 🥹 i did some tinkering this long weekend and I made a cozy 3D childhood bedroom you can explore using Astra on @Replit! i recently finished the game It Takes Two! and i wanted to recreate that cozy room feeling ⭐️ i love ittttt so much

day 1 of recreating iconic tech from my childhood :) I rebuilt Cher’s iconic closet as a full-stack app in @Replit 💛 the frontend uses React + TypeScript, with an Express backend. I used Replit’s Clerk integration for authentication and Gemini 3.7 Flash Image through Replit’s AI integration. when you click the ‘dress me’ button, the backend sends your full-body photo, selected top, and bottom to Gemini. the generated outfit is saved and cached, so using the same combination again loads instantly instead of calling the model twice. stay tuned for day 2 :)

this is how I’m making the most of Free Mode on @Replit 👀 1. pressure-test an idea before building, I ask Free Mode to find the smallest useful version: “I want to build an app that suggests meals using ingredients people already have. Ask me what I haven’t considered, then define a version I could build this week.” 2. design the first pass instead of trying to perfect everything immediately, I make a quick design prototype: “Design a simple home screen where users can enter their ingredients and get three meal ideas. Keep it clean, friendly, and easy to understand.” 3. improve through iteration once something exists, I use follow-ups to make one focused improvement at a time: “Users weren’t sure how to enter multiple ingredients. Clarify the input, then suggest the next improvement.” how are you using Free Mode? 👀

hot take: you shouldn’t have to know whether an idea is worth building before you get to try it 😅 I find that when every build has a cost, you start judging your ideas before you know what they could become. not every experiment needs a perfect plan or a clear purpose. sometimes you just want to see if something works, and that’s often where you learn the most. this launch gives you more room to follow that curiosity, make the weird first version, and see where it goes. and you know I love experimenting :) @Replit has always been about making creation more accessible. to me, this removes two quiet barriers: the cost of experimenting and the pressure to have everything figured out before you begin. you’d be surprised how much you can create in Free Mode ✨ watch the video demo I made to see how it all works ↓

sometimes i’ll see a project that’s so good i genuinely wish i came up with it myself 😭 i’ve been seeing all the girlies making cyberdecks online and i’ve wanted to try building one so badly, but learning how to solder, use a breadboard, buy all the parts, and figure out the wiring felt like so much just to get started @boringbags built this AI circuit builder where you can learn to make circuits and run real simulations completely online!! he submitted it to the @Replit Designathon and it won 2nd place, which is so deserved. this is seriously so cool 🥹
