If you defrauded the PPP program, the Trump Administration is cutting you off. We’re clawing back what you stole from small businesses. And we will not hesitate to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

The Trump SBA has a clear message for the 870,000 borrowers suspected of $39 BILLION in pandemic-era PPP & EIDL fraud. You WILL NOT have access to SBA funding. You WILL pay back what you owe. And you WILL face consequences if you stole from American taxpayers.

Today in Missouri, alongside @VP, @AGToddBlanche, @FBIDirectorKash, and dozens of federal and state partners, the SBA announced it has suspended 870,000 PPP and COVID EIDL borrowers tied to about $39 billion in suspected pandemic fraud – in our largest fraud announcement to date. In close coordination with @WHFraudTF, it’s the culmination of our state-by-state effort to identify and expose those who stole from small businesses during the pandemic.  Now, our focus shifts to clawing back those funds for the American people with @USTreasury, including through demand letters going out across the country, and working closely with @TheJusticeDept to ensure fraudsters face the full measure of justice. Over the last six years, small businesses endured a global pandemic, watched Main Street relief programs fall prey to widespread abuse, and saw the Biden Administration look the other way – or attempt to wipe the slate clean through loan forgiveness. Now, thanks to @POTUS, hardworking taxpayers are finally getting the accountability they deserve.

Micron is moving at Trump speed to build a megafab, the largest economic development project in NY history. It will create 50,000 jobs and generate thousands of work opportunities for small businesses across the state. President Trump’s tariffs are restoring Made in America - and the industrial might, security, and good jobs that we lost with decades of bad trade deals. America is back - because we finally have a President who fights for our nation every day.

Despite the unprecedented $3.4 billion in disaster relief SBA approved last year, many Los Angeles wildfire survivors are still unable to accept their funds or begin rebuilding due to local permitting backlogs and insurance disputes. Today, the Trump SBA is extending the deadline to draw down L.A. wildfire disaster loans for the third and FINAL time – with a simple expectation that state and local leaders and insurers finally step up, clear the bureaucracy, and let residents rebuild their lives, homes, and small businesses.
