Refund of Global Cup Craft When we launched the Global Cup Craft yesterday morning at 10:30AM, players participating in the Global Cup with an International Edition from clubs not covered by Sorare were not included in the pool. This issue was fixed yesterday at 10:30PM All Crafts and Clues used during this period have been refunded, as some International Edition players were not available in the Craft pool. The issue affected approximately 200 players out of a pool of 4,400 players that still had supply available. Please keep in mind that some players licensed for Sorare 26 are no longer available in the Craft because their supply has been exhausted. Also, when you use a Global Cup Clue, it reveals whether there is a Global Cup player in your Craft. If nothing happens, it means there are no Global Cup players in your Craft. Please note that the Clue does not guarantee an International Edition player. Thanks for your understanding, and good luck chasing the player who can help you hit your streaks!

Global Cup Lineup Cancellation Rule — Update Earlier today, we communicated this rule regarding lineup cancellations in the Pro Global Cup Hot Streak Boards. We recognize this announcement came too close to the start of competition, and as a result, we have decided not to apply this rule to the Global Cup gameplay. You will be able to cancel a lineup and reuse the card in another lineup for the same level. We apologize for the inconvenience. Good luck in the Global Cup.

Clarification of the rule regarding in the Global Cup Board Cancel a Lineup in the Global Cup Board If you cancel a lineup in the Global Cup Board, you lose one life and will not be able to reuse the cards from that lineup for the corresponding matches within the same step. If you pass (or fail) the level before the match takes place, you can use my Bruno Fernandes card again for Portugal vs. DR Congo in another level. If you cancel a lineup featuring Bruno Fernandes for Portugal vs. DR Congo, you can still use him in another lineup within the same level for Portugal's next match against Uzbekistan. Allowing Cards in Both Game Missions & the Global Cup Board We've removed a restriction that prevented users from using the same card in both Game Missions and the Global Cup Board at the same time. You can now enter a card in both simultaneously, giving your cards even more utility.

Live Today Packs Compensation The Live Today Bronze and Silver packs briefly included players from Austria this morning, even though they are not playing today. Users who opened packs containing players from this team have been refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Clarification on Global Cup Board & Leaderboard rules & Bug Fixed When we launched the Global Cup Board, it was possible to enter the same card into multiple competitions at the same time (the Global Cup Board and the Global Cup Leaderboard Classic). This was not intended. We have now reinstated the rule, as a card cannot be used in multiple competitions for the same game. As a result, we have removed any lineups from the Global Cup Leaderboard Classic that had a card already entered in a Global Cup Board. You can now re-enter your lineups ahead of the first Global Cup Game Week starting on Thursday. We identified a bug that prevented you from entering certain players in the Global Cup Board if they were already included in a Global Cup Leaderboard lineup from the previous Game Week We also identified a bug that prevented some players from appearing when building your teams for the Global Cup Board. Both issues have now been fixed. Thank you for your understanding.

RD Congo vs Chile game not covered Our data provider informed us this morning that, due to the relocation of the RD Congo vs Chile match and the fact that it will be played behind closed doors, the coverage will not meet the minimum requirements needed for us to score the game. Although this situation is beyond our control, we have compensated users who received at least one Congo player in this morning’s Live Today Bronze and Silver Packs. There will be no scoring for this match. We therefore advise against fielding Congo players today in Set & Squad Have a great day!

Special Card Loyalty Reward Regarding the special card distribution for users who reached 100% collection completion on Stellar, it was completed this morning.
