四川成都，民警张义文处置警情时，被歹徒用尖刀刺穿腹部。歹徒突然调转刀尖，扑向围观群众，身负重伤的张义文精准打落歹徒手里的刀，辅警何忆龙一脚将尖刀踢开，歹徒随即被制服。失血过多的张义文猝然倒地，陷入昏迷。经全力抢救无效，张义文同志不幸壮烈牺牲，年仅48岁。
