This is the reality that many of us don’t understand because we don’t travel or study world history. We compare America to this utopia we have in our head compared to reality and being realistic. Once you start being realistic, it’s much easier to appreciate America.

There was no trillionaire raiding government funds. One of the most capital efficient billionaires in the world was helping to ensure we weren’t wasting taxpayers money. Also SNAP stands for Supplemental NUTRITION Assistance Program. Pepsi is not nutritious. It’s a sugar bomb. 69 grams of sugar in a bottle.. These people shouldn’t be using our money to buy sugar bombs that are going to lead them to then need healthcare that taxpayers are paying for.

The democratic party of our parents and grandparents is NOT the democratic party of today. The democratic party of today is unfortunately becoming a larger and larger threat to the foundation of our republic.

It’s on us to be a part of the community that allows those businesses to thrive. Not be part of the reason they need to shut down. We don’t talk about accountability enough and that needs to change.

That research pays back about $20 for every dollar spent. But we basically stopped growing it. Funding is sitting around 1960s levels while China’s public ag research passed ours around 2008 and is now more than double what we spend. They definitely need that, and necessity is the mother of invention. The country that funds the next wave of farm tech will likely end up owning it and selling it back to everyone else. We already have tools for this. AgARDA for the high risk stuff private companies won’t touch (it’s only gotten about $4 million since 2018). Think of it as something like DARPA but for agriculture. We also have FFAR that brings in $1.40 of private money for every federal dollar. None of these need to be invented. They’re just a bit underfunded.

Amazon pays over 50 Billion dollars per year in payroll and that comes from the revenue the company generates. It doesn't come from owners selling shares.. Jeff Bezos selling his shares to "pay people more" isn't sustainable.

This is a perfect example of why the SAVE America Act needs to pass. Rather than complaining about the Trump administration, she should be agreeing that we need better election integrity.
