SEBI’s Quarterly Fund Settlement is very irritating. Many traders end up placing unnecessary trades just to keep funds “utilised” and avoid the payout. If they miss it, the money is sent back to the bank and re-depositing large amounts becomes a painful, time-consuming task before the next session.
Requesting SEBI to review this and bring a more practical, activity-based solution.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It took 220 posts to reach this milestone. I’ve always believed in quality over quantity and staying disciplined.
I look forward to sharing more of my journey, experiences, and lessons with you.

People think I’m always bearish. I keep seeing comments like, “You only make money in falling markets .”
But my market view is neutral I trade in whichever direction the market moves.
Look at today: the market rallied, and all my trades were on the upside.
The ₹25 lakh loss you see is from a position I carried forward from yesterday.

73lakh + profit 🧿
Thanks to CPI
I stayed out of the market early this morning. After observing a reversal from top ,I shorted a call, expecting further downside given the weakness in price action and sentiment.
The trade was running at approximately ₹10 lakh in profit, but I was aiming for a larger target. The market then reversed and hit my stop-loss.
I waited again and reassessed. Put premiums were showing weakness, while calls looked strong on the chart, so I shifted to selling puts. Two trades, helped me finish with a decent overall profit.
The key is to maintain your composure, adapt to what the market is showing you, and stay focused on your process. Execution is in your hands, the outcome is up to the market.

After a big loss, your confidence takes a hit, and you may even start doubting your trading system. But remember, if you let those emotions take control, recovering becomes even harder.
The first step is to trust your system. Reduce your position size, focus on small profits, and gradually rebuild your confidence. Once you feel confident again, return to your usual position size.
For me, this is the best way to recover from a big loss, and it’s exactly what I’m following right now.

Finally booked my first solid profit of October! 🙌
I’d been seeing profits on my screen every day but wasn’t booking them. The market kept reversing, and I ended up taking small losses day after day.
Today, the patience paid off.
My approach is simple: if I sell an option around 12–1 PM and the trade is in profit, I look to hold it until the next day. If the market continues moving in my favour overnight, that can turn into a much bigger profit the next morning.
The biggest takeaway: patience is key. 🔑

The market has been moving really strangely lately. Every day, my trades initially go into profit, but then the market reverses and hits my stop-loss. I spend the rest of the day trying to recover those losses and manage to reduce them a little. It’s been the same story every day.
We’ve had four trading sessions in October so far, and only one has been green for me. The other three have ended in small losses. I’ve been chasing a big move, so let’s see when I finally catch a good one.
These are my open positions, guys. Share your views do you think I’ll make a big profit tomorrow?

I think trading is probably the only profession where a long weekend doesn’t feel exciting ,it feels boring.
A big lesson from today’s trading.
I was sitting on a very good profit, but greed took over. Instead of calling it a day, I kept trading with the mindset of pushing the profit to ₹70–80L.
The market reversed, and I ended up giving back almost all of my profits. Thankfully, I still closed the day slightly positive, but that’s not the point.
The lesson is simple: When you’ve made a solid return on the capital deployed, know when to stop. Close the day, protect your profits, and come back tomorrow with a fresh mind and a proper plan.
There will always be another trading day. Chasing “just a little more” can turn a great day into regret.
Be grateful for what the market gives you. Protect your profits. Follow your rules. Come back tomorrow. 📈

Etisalat has to be the WORST internet service provider I’ve ever dealt with.
It’s been 4 MONTHS and they still haven’t managed to install a fiber connection at my villa. Four months of excuses, delays, and completely wasting my time.
Absolutely pathetic service.
