Went through the courts. People went to jail. That's the problem: nobody caught it before he was already on the ballot." Fact check: TRUE✅ In 2013, 4 Indiana Democrats were convicted for forging those signatures and copying names straight off old petitions, including one from a former governor who said he never signed it. County chair Butch Morgan went to prison for orchestrating it. The thing they tell you never happens happened again. Election fraud isn't a theory. It happened, and a party chairman did time for it.
