No waiting for support either :) bugs and stability is a bunch of agent loops monitoring performance and errors and automatically pushing fixes. Also loops like a channel in slack where staff can report bugs or request features and agents just check it and create PRs automatically (and report back in slack when fixed). The benefits of having everything all in one place, no extra accounts to onboard staff, no per seat pricing, everything integrates/syncs perfectly, and my agents have full visibility/control seems really outweigh the costs so far.

You built this on your own? I really can't believe the volume and complexity of the feature list. This is incredible! I'm not surprised at the idea of building a backend CRM, membership management, maybe even shift scheduling and a basic app for members to purchase/cancel memberships. But you took it so far! When you were writing the support feature, image editor, newsletter, content features did you ever think maybe you went to far and should've just stopped at the core functionality? How are you able to handle all the bugs, stability, and everything that comes from having this many features? How do you even find time for any of this?
