As promised to our community, UniSat has purchased 500,000 FB from the market and staked the full amount under FIP-101 Index Mining — a new Fractal initiative that introduces standardized, permissionless data indexing and rewards operators and stakers for supporting the network's indexing infrastructure.
🔸 The staking wallet holding 500,000 FB is now live with the Fractal Official Indexer: bc1qhuplp0f8n08fv4c86tdwl5lc8h30wyhmjda5hd
🌤️ What happens to the rewards?
Block rewards earned from staking will be distributed back to UniSat product users, including UniSat Marketplace and UniHexa.
Since rewards accumulate block by block, we'll let them build up before the first distribution — currently expected in June.

Alkanes Marketplace Is Back on UniSat
The data consistency issue has been resolved. You can now view and trade supported Alkanes assets as per normal. The ongoing 0 service fee promotion on UniSat Marketplace will also apply to the Alkanes market.
Please note that existing Alkanes listings were unlisted before marketplace reopening due to market conditions changing during the pause period. Users will need to relist their assets before trading.
🔍 What happened
We temporarily paused Alkanes marketplace support after discovering indexer synchronization issues that could compromise data accuracy and lead to asset loss. The Alkanes team has since resolved these issues, and after sufficient testing with no inconsistencies found, we're confident it's safe to restore the marketplace for our users. We'll continue monitoring Alkanes indexing performance.
