In the next version of Rolldown, manual code splitting that relies heavily on JS logic can be up to 4x faster, with up to 34% lower memory usage.

Added a nice little update to `setup-vp`.
With the new `cache-save` option, you can restore caches across any branch or PR, but only save them on trusted branches like `main` and `develop`.
Dropping this in the next release.

Oxc now identifies whether a `# __NO_SIDE_EFFECTS__` annotation was actually applied!
Rolldown will surface these as meaningful warnings to let you easily fix the issue!

- Fix `Export is not defined` from circular dynamic imports
- Fix `facadeModuleId` to be `null` like Rollup instead of missing
