100% agree, but I also think in a way if you launch one of these you'll learn some indiehacking lessons; that you can build something cool and still make zero money from it, because <reasons>.
Better you learn that on a 1 day toy project, than sink months into building a SaaS.

For fuck’s sake, stop calling this indie hacking.
This is hype extraction.
Create a leaderboard, manufacture FOMO, get people to throw money at it, screenshot the spike, then pretend someone built a $60k business overnight.
Most of these will be fucking dead in a few weeks.
This shit gives new builders a completely warped idea of what building a real business looks like.
