关于 @KaitoAI Launchpad 的详细机制出来了！
LaunchPad 会对筹集的总金额收取5%的费用：即2.5%的稳定币和2.5%的项目代币。
所有项目代币都通过即将到来的gKAITO机制重新分发给社区，该机制使加密货币（Yaps）的顶级思想领袖和建设者以及Kaito生态系统的各种参与者（stakers、yappers、NFT持有者）保持一致。
按照目前首次发射的 @EspressoSys 来算，400万USDC的募资额会被收取20万美元的费用，其中价值10万美元的代币将用于奖励Kaito生态中的参与者及yappers……
也就是说除了空投以外，其实各位Yapper们的奖励来源又多了一个渠道！（注意这个获得奖励的资格是不需要kyc的）
再算上新的gKaito机制，大部分AI账号、水文Farming账号将被限制在外，虽然依旧是僧多肉少，但扛不住未来发射的项目会越来越多…
所以即使散户不参与LaunchPad，也没有什么问题，Yapper就是Yapper，并不一定要当investor…

虽然 @KaitoAI 这波 LaunchPad 让人有点失望，但技术面上看起来还算健康，似乎币价并没有因为这波更新导致暴跌...
长期上升趋势线依旧有效，且价格还在对左侧供应区做持续的测试，可以看到，前两次测试都是插针打回，而最近2次测试，价格终于有能力进入供应区了。
因此，如果接下来价格可以持续 运行在红色供应区内，那么最终突破1.8美元的概率就还在升高。
当前需要的标志性价格行为信号就是一次确认突破，毕竟随着时间推移，价格距离长期上升趋势线会越来越近，如果最终以横盘的方式跌破趋势线，那么这波从0.68开始的多头趋势就面临结束的可能性了。
到时候即使是长期看好Kaito的我，也要考虑是不是需要部分换仓了，毕竟其他山寨的表现要更好。
Kaito的大更新没有提振币价，这本身就是一个潜在的风险信号了，要知道，这可是在局部山寨季的大环境下！

virtuals的ai agent launchpad在上一次Axelrod参与人数突破7000用户之后，arbus再次突破7000用户，早期用户参与者也不错收益。arbus和axelrod的参与者都有几十倍回报（不过每个人积分不同，能参与的额度不同，最终收益数额不同）。
从用户注意力方面算基本成功，接下来virtuals（@virtuals_io ）还能不能进一步突破，主要关键点在于这些ai agent项目里面，能不能产生真正的造富效应，这需要从二级市场实现突破。否则，就会停留在只有早期参与者有收益的当前阶段。
最后，virtuals如能突破，也是对ai agent赛道整体的利好，对于ai16z、swarms、pippin等来说，也有机会打开更大空间。

昨天 @KaitoAI 也宣布第二个Launchpad @TheoriqAI
个人感觉规则稍微比 @EspressoSys 好些。相对 Espresso 1年后释放50%，再1年线性释放。 $THQ 本次Tge 25%，1年后解锁 37.5%，13-24个月37.5% 线性。
最后一轮按照150M，开盘到个200-300M问题不大吧。
最近Theoriq在kaito上推出了1M $THQ 的活动，这2周时间，这100万 $THQ 给前1000的Yappers，这不包括之前的600万 $THQ 。
Theoriq已完成1020万美元的Pre-A轮融资，投资方包括Hack VC、HashKey Capital、IOSG Ventures等知名机构。其团队由Ron Bodkin（前Google AI CTO）和David Müller（前Coupang首席数据科学家）等行业资深人士领导。
当然也可以通过参与测试网去获得XP，XP应该也有奖励。最近官方也说就这2周，看来也就下个月的事情了。

这周晚点时候Kaito的Launchpad 终于要见公婆了，Finally!
很多人说现在台子比项目都要多了，没毛病！但Kaito的这个打新是我一直以来寄予厚望的，无它，之因为 @KaitoAI 手握别家都没有的战略武器：参与者的社交媒体大数据。
这个东西就像一个尚未被充分开发的宝藏，大家都知道好，但是几乎当前所有的打新平台都是浅尝辄止，还停留在做KYC，最多加少量社交任务/忠诚度任务(打新积分)的阶段。
仔细读了一下Kaito的这个预告，有些地方让我很感兴趣：
"分配将由项目决定，基于社会声誉、链上持股（不仅仅是 Kaito 持股）、与项目及其相关行业的历史一致性/相关性、地区、信念等因素。"
"项目团队将审查这些承诺，然后分配到优先分配阶段，如果还有剩余的分配，则分配到后续（可选）FCFS 阶段。"
看起来这次的规则绝不是简单的持有 $Kaito /gKaito 就完事，而有可能会是多维度的结合。基于目前Kaito持有的大数据基础，我是非常好奇他们能在多深的程度上把打新与项目的前后曝光，链上忠诚度，乃至信念等加入模型的。
首个打新能否成功在一定程度上决定了 $Kaito 后续的上限有多高，Kaito的想象空间有多大。

Allocations will be determined by projects, based on factors such as social reputation, onchain holdings (not only Kaito holdings), historical alignment/relevance to the project and its relevant sectors, region, conviction, and more.
Projects will also set out clear round terms - valuation, raise target, vesting terms - and you'll be able to make a decision and place a deposit to pledge, based on these on how much you want to allocate.
The pledges will then be reviewed by the project teams, who then assign for the Preferred Phase of the allocation, with a subsequent (optional) FCFS Phase if there is any allocation remaining.
We're really excited for this next chapter of Kaito - opening up new ways for all of you to allocate to top community-centric projects, as well as giving projects a new way to bootstrap, interact, align and involve existing and potential community members.
