Why I'll never raise or hire: I wake up not knowing what I’ll do today. I have breakfast with my wife while my phone is off. I hit the gym. I do 4 hours of deep work on whatever sparks my creativity. I have lunch with my wife when I’m hungry. I answer support. Every customer is super kind. I get paid for my work. I close my laptop whenever I want.
