I’m grateful that my bipartisan legislation, Trey’s Law, passed unanimously out of the Senate Judiciary Committee today.
Trey’s Law provides an important protection for child victims of sexual assault by ensuring they can never be silenced by nondisclosure agreements.
No child victim should ever be silenced.
