Two trades:
1) The hyperscalers that will enable the open models in your stack, your application, your cluster. Who is going to be the AWS of AI compute? Coreweave? Crusoe? Don’t forget Nvidia already serves remote GPUs for its cloud gaming line.
2) Up the stack to what sits on top of the agent. Friction is leaving the SaaS app layer as agents automate it away. The winners will be novel companies that build a UX around intelligence. Anthropic is leading the charge, dismantling different industries with each new update to Claude desktop. Cursor (now part of SpaceX) and Perplexity understand this. Meta has the most asymmetric bet here with its glasses.
