Today, it can feel like ADR's core values are falling out of public favor.
The overall message seems to be that aggregating power to force the other side to bend to your will is in, while reaching mutual understanding is out.
This is why ADR matters more now than ever before.
CEO Colin Rule argues that now is not the time to give up. In fact, in celebration of the AAA’s 100th anniversary, now is the time to employ ADR to handle the crises impacting our legal system and communities.
